The location is superb, close to tram lines and local attractions.

I had several issues that left me frustrated. The air conditioning was not functioning correctly, and I woke up sweating every night, which really impacted my comfort. I felt the cleanliness wasn't up to par. The bathroom had a weird smell, and the towels were not consistently replaced unless I specifically requested them, disappointing.

Curiosity got me

The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was a hit, with plenty of fresh options. Conveniently located near the tram and local cafes, it's a haven for exploration. The spacious room offered a comfortable retreat after days spent discovering nearby attractions.

The staff demonstrated really good service, going above and beyond by preparing early breakfast for competitors during a local event. Room 302 fell short with poor soundproofing and a small bathroom. Air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature and was noisy. Despite these drawbacks, the stay was nice due to the prime location and friendly staff.

Group perfect stay

Location was great for getting around and the staff were really nice. We got a room with a balcony which was nice to chill in after a long day exploring.

It was pricey but not without its merits.

The hotel was great location near the train station and only a 10-minute stroll to the beach. The family-friendly atmosphere made it comfy for us to travel with our non-service dog. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff ensured we felt welcome every day.

I stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room for 2 nights and found the bed super comfy! The room was clean and had everything we needed. I loved the Nespresso machine-such a nice touch! Breakfast was pretty good too, with a nice selection of pastries. Just a heads up, the shower could be a bit slippery, so be careful! I had a great experience.

Great spot for a getaway with friends! Enjoyed the easy tram access to the airport and close walk to the beautiful beach. We loved our comfy room and cute staff. Breakfast had a nice variety, made our mornings good. Highly recommend checking out the Promenade des Anglais!

Had a slight issue with the shower being slippery and water seeping out around the toilet, a bit annoying .
